Our company is a father and son run business, based in the south of Devon. We have been building and selling custom pcs for a while now mainly using sites like Facebook market place and Ebay but we have now decided to expand our business across the whole of the uk in the hopes of reaching more customers.

How We Build Our Pcs

We use multiple companys when building our computers we are also able to keep the prices extremely competitive as we do not activate windows on our computers limiting the customization of the home screen, task bar ect. the computers are still fully operational with a working version of windows 11 pre-installed, we have chosen to do this as we dont feel it is necessary for most users and it helps us keep our computers affordable, it can always been done by the customer if they feel it is a necessary step. Also some of our parts are refurbished, of course with the refurbished parts they are all thoroughly cleaned and tested before ever being sent out to our customers and in case of any hardware faults we also offer a 90 day money back guarantee on all orders to insure customer satisfaction. Using refurbished parts may also mean there is some slight cosmetic defects but none that will effect the performance.

Orders

  • When an order is placed you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order.
  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped containing the tracking number.
  • Once we've dispatched your order it will be marked as Complete and you will receive the relevant tracking information from the chosen courier.

Payments

  • Funds are taken when the order is placed and processed on our system.

Build Times

  • All of our builds are already fully built and tested when listed and are ready to be shipped straight out when an order is made. (If the listing says 'coming soon') there may be a delay in shipping please be aware of this before purchasing.

Prices

  • All Prices include VAT (where applicable).
  • Free Delivery to UK Mainland (Excludes Scottish Isles)
  • Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders placed prior to the change.
